Is Kybella® Right for You?

What to Expect During Treatment

Treatment involves a series of quick injections under the chin. Numbing cream or ice is applied for comfort. The procedure takes 15–20 minutes. Mild swelling, firmness, or tenderness is expected for a few days.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines

• Avoid NSAIDs, aspirin, or blood-thinning supplements 5–7 days prior (if cleared by your provider)
• Avoid alcohol 24 hours before
• Do not schedule close to major events due to possible swelling

Post-Treatment Care

• Swelling is common and may last up to 5–10 days
• Apply ice packs as directed
• Avoid heat and strenuous activity for 48 hours
• Do not massage the area

When Will I See Results?
